The Audio Hub app on iPhone could connect to the headset via Bluetooth and adjust various settings, but it wouldn’t let us play audio via Bluetooth. The idea is to wipe clean the headset and its transmitter's programming, then install the programming again from scratch, to ensure a new, clean installation. If you have your transmitter connected alongside your headset and are receiving this message please try a force-update/restore with the Turtle Beach Audio Hub application for Windows or MacOS. If you have the Stealth 700 GEN 2 for PlayStation, you will need to connect the headset's transmitter to your PC (or laptop) along with your headset in order for the Audio Hub to recognize your complete product.
